Goods purchased from CB Tool
Group may be returned up to 30 days after you receive the order
provided the following conditions are met:
1--We must authorize the
return--please call 800-662-9858 for
authorization.
2--The goods must be unused
and in original packaging
3--Shipping costs and
restocking fees may apply.
If you receive a shipment
that may be damaged, please note any visible damage when you sign
the delivery receipt. It is also helpful to photograph the
damaged goods if possible. Claims for a damaged shipment must be
made within three business days of delivery.
Return freight charges are
the responsibility of the customer. Authorized returns may also be
brought to any of our Northern California
stores.
